Our process

Our lettuces begin as little seedlings and are placed with what little soil is in the punnet into the piping system upon which they all grow. They do not have any other soil added and grow to full size in the recirculated water through which they are fed a daily mix of essential nutrients. The water itself comes straight from Waragamba Dam and is stored on site in a 25,000 litre tank. The water flows through a carbon system to reduce its chlorine levels.
